Why I didn't receive one subscription? The last one I received it!

Hello CristiP. I guess what you mean is that you missed one submission, rather than subscription. Can you please explain more details on this case and tell us what you didn't receive?

Yes! Sorry for misspell and for my english; I'm not an english speaker.
So... One of my submissions was not sent to my email. The anterior and the next ones were sent; difference in minutes. If you want, I can send you my account details, I'm nothing to hide! :))

I believe what you meant is you are not recieving Notification Emails.
I would suggest you to configure your email alerts' sender name and email to "JotForm" and "firstname.lastname@example.org", respectively.
If changing Sender name and email does not help, ask your hosting provider to add these IP addresses to their whitelist:

Can you tell us which of your submissions were the ones that you did not receive an email? Can you also check your spam folder or junk mail folder if in case the notifications landed there?

That with "noreply" I do it a few weeks ago.
liyam, the submission was made at 2012-11-05 14:15:10 (London time)
I search it everywhere. It's only on your servers. It's possible to be more submissions missed... I didn't check all!

To ensure that you'll be able to receive the emails from our system properly, can you contact your email service provider and have the following IP addresses whitelisted:
Next, on your form, can you change email@example.com to another email address such as the email address field on your form as reference?
