Hello there
We are having this issue with the meta data on our confirmation emails.
Can we control this somehow> or change it ?
1.) Our Email Send from is info@kidzapp.com but the Customers Name is appearing as in the display data ? this is cuasing some confirmaiton emails to go to spam folders.
2.) Also we have the via JotForm? how can we remove these references? we have enable SMTP and validated our domain?

The sender name is selected on the email settings, when you're using email notifications the sender name will be a field from the form or it can be JotForm, but when you're using email autoresponders the sender name can be fixed and you can type in your desired name.
Now, this will be changed when you use the SMTP info, the sender name should be the one of your sender, basically all the information will be from your own server.
