    Asked by landregsearches on November 06, 2012 at 06:47 AM

    I have a radio button on the 4 page on my form called "Dispatch Date", on my jot form account it appears as it should with the text left algin and each option appearing on 1 stright line.

    But when I look at the form on the website it is messed up and doesnt appear correctly. How do I change this?

    Thanks in advance

    Can you please try to re-embed your form using an iFrame code? To get your form's iFrame code, please follow the steps below:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    Just let us know if this doesn't work so that we can further assist you.

    You have this on your form's injected css codes, this code is used for all radio fields globally.

    .form-radio-item {

    width: 25%;

    To fix this, simply append this code to your form:

    #id_14 .form-radio-item {

    width: 100%;

    This is to restore the affected width on the "Dispatch Date" field.
