    When I add the embded code to my site and view the 2nd page of my form, it altars my whole website?

    Asked by landregsearches on November 06, 2012 at 06:51 AM

    I have a form on my website at http://www.santaspostoffice.co.uk/#/order-letter-from-santa/4570367157.

    The first page of the form works and looks as it should, but when you go to the 2nd 3rd and 4th page, it altars my whole website. For instance when you view the 2nd page of the form, you can not longer see the header of my website, it just cuts it off.

    I have my website with webeden (sitemaker) and I have contacted them and they say it is the code. Also I have tried using source code and iframe as well and are having the same issue.

    What I am doing wrong?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hello landregsearches.  I'm not sure how you have coded your form as it appears to have too many iframes with absolute positions in firebug.  But here's a workaround:

    Edit your web page and  then find the jotform iframe or script code that you have.  Then add the "?nojump" parameter at the end of the src value.

    <iframe scrolling="no" frameborder="0" style="width:100%; height:6998px; border:none;" src="http://form.jotformpro.com/form/23102265682953?nojump" allowtransparency="true">

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotformpro.com/jsform/23102265682953?nojump"></script>

    Please keep us posted so we can also check your page.
