I have an acoount, and I have cca 45 forms.
but today it is impossible to see on my account on Jotform.
Yesterday I have to you requied the upgrade at premium program, but to day I have any answer of you, and
my forms "all" it is impossible to see and manage on my account, please help me in 24 our or I change system
and change your company for my bussiness.

We had a bug on My Forms page that caused the forms to not show up. It is fixed now. Thank you for your patience.
Sorry about this. We are getting ready to release the brand new version of the My Forms page.

Now I see my forms in my account in jotform.
But I have a problem for my upgrade a Premium program, your payment section dont' accept My credit card, (I have to use 2 minutes ago in an another web site whit successfull) but in your site NO, I have to send yesterday to you an e-mail whit this problem.
Please give me an answer.
