Notification emails are not sent

    Boa noite,
    Eu estava recebendo normalmente meus formulários em meu email
    Ocorre que, ao fazer a integração com o Google Drive, deixei de receber os emails.

    A integração funciona. ok! Gostei muito!
    Mas, desejaria receber também via email, pois do contrário, não tenho controle de chegada!

    Outra pergunta: Tenho como fazer alguma integração simples, mas que possa integrar com o Google Agenda?
    Pois gostaria de que meus contatos pudessem agendar através do formulário e estar disponíveis no meu calendário do google.

    Hello,

    I have checked your form and can see that your latest notification emails were sent using your custom SMTP server instead JotForm's. Also, I can see that you have changed the sender back to JotForm. If you are not receiving emails through your SMTP server, I can suggest to check the settings. Here is a guide for setting up SMTP sender: How-to-Setup-SMTP-for-a-Form

    If the issue persists, please let us know.

    Eu fiz tudo que me falou. Fiz a alteração. Coloquei o SMTP e também o destinatário.
    Continuo sem receber o e-mails e continuo recebendo somente na integração com o GoogleDrive.
    Podem verificar para mim, por favor?

    I can see you have two different senders on your forms, you have used the SMTP sender here http://www.jotformz.com/form/81075998852675 and the default sender here http://www.jotformz.com/form/81056170811651

    Are not you receiving your emails from any of your forms? 

    I would recommend you to whitelist our IP addresses, that will help you receiving emails from our default senders: https://www.jotform.com/help/145-Whitelisting-JotForm-IP-Addresses-and-Domains 

    Regarding the SMTP sender, I would recommend you to check that you have entered the correct information from your email provider, please also check the email logs on your email server since there you should see the failed attempts to send the emails, this should also help you to know if there is something wrong in the email configurations.

    1) Estou com um problema e preciso de ajuda para terminar meu formulário.
    Preciso de um campo onde meu cliente possa agendar um compromisso comigo.
    Preciso de um campo para a informação de data. E outro campo para a informação de Hora.
    Sendo que preciso definir os dias e definir o intervalo de horário disponível para esta marcação.
    Eu trabalho de segunda à sexta, entre os horários de 9 horas da manhã até as 18hs tarde.
    Quero que o cliente possa selecionar dentre estes dias e dentre estes horários. Não estou conseguindo!
    Eu possuía um campo chamado “AGENDA”.
    Inclusive este campo está descrito em “condições”. Mas, tive que retirar este campo, pois não havia limite de horários. Um cliente poderia agendar um contato às 2hs da manhã.
    2) Se eu encontrar um campo dento de um determinado formulário, eu posso copiar para o meu formulário, ou tenho que copiar o formulário todo?
    Como posso copiar um campo usado por outro usuário? Apena um determinado campo.
