I used the credit card feature in the form as a non required section but when I try to submit the form, it won't let me complete without filling out the credit card section.

It is because the amount field is filled. For a non-required payment field, the amount field must be empty so the CC fields won't ask a value.

    Hi,

When I removed the amount in that field, it totally removed the credit card feature altogether.

Is it possible for someone to call me and talk me through this expeditiously? I have a tight deadline to meet tonight.

    Please and thank you

I am sorry but we do not have live support via phone available. So we cannot give you call assistance at this time. Please continue using the support forum to communicate with us.

To get clarity on the issue you are having, are you saying that once you removed the amount, the form will no longer require payment? As in it does not ask for the credit card account details anymore when you submit the form.

That is how the payments integration work at this time.

Since there is nothing to settle (no amount), payment credentials (credit card account) will not be required.

Let us know if you need further assistance.
