I cannot submit the form when cash or check payment method is selected

I need to complete registration forms for an event and need to know why I can't successfully submit the forms when the registration donation method is different form of payment other than credit card.

You need to hide the credit card section when the other payment method is selected or show the credit card field when the CC method is selected. You can do it by adding a condition in the form;
