    JotForm Team,

Initially I set up an account under my personal name and email and after running your software through some tests I feel like this would be a great fit for our company.

If I am interested in now setting up a commercial account for the company:

    1. Should I first set up a free account (using corporate email) and then upgrade? We are interested in the SILVER plan that's HIPAA Compliant.

    2. What is the difference in security features from the Basic (free) model and the HIPAA models?

    3. I need to reach out to my accounting team to see how they would prefer to make payment. If they choose wire transfer can you provide account information for submission?

    Welcome to JotForm Support Forum!

I suggest creating a free account using your corporate email address and then upgrade your account. Please take note that you can also change your email address in the Account Profile and we can also change your account username if you do not want to create a new account.

For more information about HIPAA, please visit this link first: https://www.jotform.com/hipaa/. After that, if you have questions, please let us know.

To avoid confusion, we will be addressing your payment method to another thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1452989
