Can I include parenthesis and hyphen in phone contact form?

    Hi,

I see your contact forms. They don't have parenthesis and hyphens built into the phone number part. Can I include those as permanent features so it looks like this:

    (   )   -

Otherwise it is too hard to read 10 numbers in a row without any breaks or separations.

    Thanks!

That is possible with our phone number field, you just need to enable that option, example:

Thank you so much! Yes, one more question. I have a web site on TherapySites. They referred me to you and said if I get one of your templates I can email them with that info and they can put it into my web site.
It looks like you work on a subscription-based service. How does that get monitored from my web site? I'm just not clear how this all works.

As you mentioned, we operate on a subscription service. Let's say you have subscribed for May, the form will be hosted on your website, provided that you do not exceed your allocated account limits, your form will operate perfectly.

If you decide to not renew your subscription in June your forms will display an error message. All of your forms and data are still being kept for your use, but you cannot receive any more until you renew your account.

Technically speaking we do not monitor your site, only our forms (views, submissions, payments).

I hope this helps. If you have any further questions about this or any other topic feel free to contact us! We are more than happy to help.
