Calculations: I need the total score from each category to be sent to my email

    The response to each question will be a number between 1 -5, and I need the total score from each category to be sent to my email? Is this possible, if yes, then how?

    - You can add the Single Choice, Star Rating fields to your form.

    - You can add Form Calculation widgets for each category.

    - You can calculate the total score by form calculation widget.
