IP address blocked from all jotform pages, account not blocked

    hi there,

    as you can see, because I am able to log in and write this message, our account is not blocked. However, I am using my phone with a data connection to access the account because our business IP address is blocked and I cannot visit any jotforms pages at all on my computer! I need this resolved immediately. We are not phishing for anything here and none of our forms are locked. Also, the “halt” form you guys have set up for me to fill out when I get redirected does not work. It won’t load the code at the end for me to be able to submit. I’ve tired 3 different browsers and 2 different computers. Please help! I need our IPs cleared so I can edit our forms on the computer ASAP!

    I've reviewed your forms and indeed there's nothing to be considered phishing. I've already whitelisted your IP.

    Let me know if the problem still persist.

    Hi Vanessa,

    Thank you for your response, but unfortunately the problem still persists on my end. I am still using my mobile phone to log in and respond to this message. None of the computers in my office are able to access any webpages hosted with the jotform.com address for the same reasons as before. Let me know if you need any more information from me, but the problem is unfortunately still happening.

    @adausch

    Can you provide the IP addresses from the computers you've used in your office instead. You can use this site to check your IP.

    Thanks, Vanessa. Our public IPv4 is 74.62.26.42. The local IP on my pc is 10.1.1.56. I can confirm that none of the computers here can access the site as of now. I hope this helps. Thank you.

    Thanks for the info. I've whitelisted your IP. Can you please try accessing the site again.
