    I removed Day from DateTime field, but the two slashes remain.

    How do I get rid of them? Here's the url: http://www.scm-llc.com/swppp.html. Fields are near bottom of form, under Construction Start Date and two fields below. Please let me know.

    Please try injecting the following code

    .date-separate{
    display:none!important;

    Hi,

    That is because you are hiding the day field on your form by injecting CSS codes and miss to include the date separator;

    Please inject this codes:

    .date-separate {
    display:none;
    }

    I hope this heps. Thanks
