Email notification: Autoresponder email not receiving

    On the bottom there is a email area where the individual filling out the form wants a copy, they are not receiving it?  Is there a reason why?

    I have checked your form and it seems you have not setup an autoresponder email notification. That is why your form users doesn't receive notification emails.

    To add an autoreponder you need to go to your Settings>EMAILS the click autoresponder email.

    Just did not solve the problem
    Staff filling out the forms are still not receiving emails

    I have checked your form again and you have added already the autoresponder email.

    Can we have the submission iD or the name of the staff that filled your form but did not receive emails so that we can check it out?

    You did not set your Autoresponder email correctly. Recipient email inside of the Autoresponder email settings has to be an email field from your form.

    Change the Recipient email to E-mail Address and test the form again.

    There are multiple recipients, when they enter their email address THAT is who it should go to, not myself?

    Yes thats correct. The autoresponder sends an automated reply to the users of your form. The recipient is an email field that your users fill in.

    If you want to send a copy of the email to yourself, your team, your organization, etc you should use a notification email. Notification emails are not determined by the users of your form. The recipient email address for a notification must be hard coded to the notification.
