It says I have reached my maximum forms?

An error comes up when I try to create a new form saying I have reached my limit on this account, however I just deleted about 20 existing forms and purged the trash and the error still comes up. 

You have passed by 94 forms the allowed 100 for your silver account, it's not needed to delete the forms in the trash folder, it's not needed to delete the forms either and simply disabling them will help to get available spots.
