Can I recover conditions invalidated because of missing field

My form has 3 conditions which are invalidated by you because "One or more fields have been deleted which are required by this condition".   The deletions must have occurred a while back because I can't recall what these fields are.   And, I can't find some (mis)behavior on my form so that I can figure what was deleted.  I worry that what ever the condition was meant to control will occur and produce a problem...the form is in production!!  (How unfortunate.)

Since the form is in production, I cloned the form hoping to use the backed up versions of the cloned form that you keep to see the form in a state where the deleted fields are reinstated.   HOWEVER, cloning seems to delete the conditions that had the "missing field" message.

Can you help me see the form in it's earlier state or otherwise get the field names of the fields that were reference in the trouble conditions.    (Weird problem...huh?) .  From that I can figure out what the conditions were meant to control.

I've had a number of problems over my years using Jotform, but his is the weirdest!  It's likely my fault, but your help would be appreciated.

    Thank you for contacting us.

Unfortunately, conditions do not store the names of the deleted fields.

It is possible to view form revisions through Revision History tool, but it will not let you view conditions unless you restore the form to one of the previous revisions.

If the form is acting properly, it is the best to delete the conditions with errors.
