You went over the 100MB file storage limit for free accounts, that's why your forms got disabled.
I can have your account reactivated on the condition that you will free up your storage by deleting submissions with large files.
If you're expecting to receive more than 100MB every month, it may be a good idea to upgrade to Premium. Please let me know how you'd like to move forward.
