I set up a form, and submitted information (tested) and it successfully emailed me...but when I changed the form, it stopped...my notification setting is still there, and I checked my email address an it is valide.

Sorry for the inconvenience that may have caused. After you change/update your form, have you tried already re-creating new form notification? If not, can please give a try and if doesn't work do let us know.

Have you checked your spam folder if in case the notifications have landed there? It's possible that with your new contents, some might have started triggering your spam filter to block alerts from us due to your new contents.
