My applicant form (the one with the most submissions) hasn't been working properly, with a number of people complaining that when uploading on a tablet / phone, they keep getting kicked off the frm and have to start again.

Can you please check on this for me.

    Thank you,

    Daniel.

Great thank you - was this done on a tablet / phone or computer? The issue only happen on devices with crashing when people are trying to upload docs / pics... I've tried also and it doesn't work for me either.

Is there a way to check this please?

    Thank you,

    Daniel.

I tested your form from my phone, and it worked fine:

    File uploaded completely:

The issue you had might be related to the internet connection (if the file was big), the connection could drop and that would interrupt.

Are you still able to replicate this problem?

I was able to upload also get all the way to the end, click 'send me away' and now the button reads 'please wait...' and will not move from this screen - full wifi, great speeds etc...

Are you saying you have embedded this form in a website?

I see the address bar reads "angelsmannies.com"

Can you try embedding the form using the iFrame method:

    Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

    That should resolve your issue.

Yes it's been embedded for over a year now and the last few weeks there have been issues that I am hoping to resolve - please see comments already in thread; thank you.

I checked your webpage and I can see that the form is embedded on this page.

It is possible that there are script conflicts between the form and the webpage. Just like what my colleague mentioned, please try to re-embed the form using the iFrame method. This should help in preventing script conflicts.

You can refer to this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code.

Hope that helps. If you are still having issues, let us know. Thank you.
