unable to click on the 'Upload' button to upload the proof of payment

    some vendors have raised a complaint to us regarding the Jotform saying they are unable to upload the proof of payment. We tried to upload it on our own, unable to do so as well. 

    No specific error, just unable to click on the 'Upload' button. Nothing happens when you click on the button.

    Device: Android
    Used the mobile browser (They clicked on the Jotform link from our mobile app)
    File type:

    It works fine with web browser (PC)

    Hey,

    Couldn't replicate this when tried on a couple of Android devices.

    Can you please share the version/model information also?

    And, is it only happening when it redirects from your mobile app? Or is it still a problem when they use the direct link?
