I am not sure if I understand your query correctly. I have checked your account and see that it is currently holding Bronze subscription plan that allows to receive 1000 submissions in a month. If you want to receive more submissions, you may upgrade your account to the next available plan. You may also check out the Get more feature to increase the submission limits by completing few tasks to share JotForm.

No, it's not possible to just pay to increase certain limits, it's only possible to purchase the plan and increase all the limits of your account. 

Ok, But for Gold plan also then is 100,000 Monthly Submissions limit.

How can I get more Submissions ?

If you think you need more than 100,000 Monthly Submissions, you may consider upgrading to the Platinum plan which allows up to 10,000,000 Monthly Submissions.
