Accepting payments

Hi.  I am designing a tee shirt for our family reunion and wanted an online form to reach everyone.  I signed up for the starter package as this will probably be my only form (at least for 2 years or more).  I want family members to be able to order and pay for a shirt online so I don't have to wait for snail mail payments.  I noticed the starter package is "3 payments"  Is that 3 payments total?  Per form?  3 forms that accept payments?

The payment submission limit refers to any submission with which a payment is processed.  The limit is per calendar month across all forms.  With the Free/Started plan, you would be able to accept 3 payments per calendar month through your forms.
