Products are not shown on integrated spreadsheet (PayPal)

    Hello!  I have a form built to track purchases made, but I do not need to be charging them online or via PayPal. We are selling items at a trade show and collecting money in person. The purpose of this form was to collect the leads and track what they are purchasing for inventory purposes.

    I turned off the charging features, but when testing the form, it is making users pay for the order to my paypal account.  When I tested it last night it did not make us do that.

    The other issue that I am having is that I chose for the data to load to a Google Worksheet. All contact info came over, but none of the purchase information showed up.

    Hello,

    I have checked your form and can see that, for some reason, the total amount for your payment field is not calculated, which is causing empty fields at your Google Spreadsheet integration. It seems that the products you've added to your PayPal field were not saved properly. To fix it, I can recommend to remove existing products and create same new ones. It helped me on cloned test form.

    Also, from what I can read at your question, you would like to set up a payment integration without charging your customers. Please note that we do have a solution, which is likely suitable for this purposes. You can add a Purchase Order integration instead of PayPal.

    Thank you for the answer! The purchase order option is grayed out. Do I have to have a paid subscription to have this option? I don’t see that on the breakdown of subscription benefits. Thanks!

    Hello again, 

    No, other payment integrations are greyed out for you, because it is only allowed to have 1 payment integration per form. If you have decided to use Purchase order, you can remove the PayPal field and other options will become available again:

    Perfect! I think I have it all figured out! And when I changed it to Purchase Order all purchased items show up on the spreadsheet!! Thank you!
    I have 1 more question. If for some reason at the trade show we go over our limit of views and responses in the free version, can I upgrade without any disruption to our form, the link, or the usage?
