Hello,
We currently have a Silver account and would like to upgrade to Gold. According to your site, https://www.jotform.com/help/352-How-to-Upgrade-and-Pay-by-Mail-Check-Money-Order, we should be able to upgrade and pay by check, but I'm not seeing this option available in our account profile. When we choose to upgrade, it does so, but doesn't not provide the opportunity to change the payment method. Can you please provide instructions on changing this?

We have cancelled and refunded the credit card upgrade. Your account is back to free plan. The option to pay via check is now available:
Please note that this option is just available for yearly, or bi-yearly plans. You may log out, and log back in using a different browser. Let us know if you need more help.
