Single choice options on multiple forms

I wish to define a single choice question, say "team members" with these options: john, sally, tim and mary. now i want to use this question on 2 separate forms.Currently, i just duplicate the question on each form. However, if i make a change on one form, I must remember to make the same change on the other form. If I use this question on more and more forms, the maintenance becomes difficult.

Is there a way to define the question in one place and use it on many forms so that it may be maintained in one place?

    Hello,

If I understand your question correctly you wish to define "a global form element" that you can then use on multiple forms. Unfortunately, that is currently not possible.

You could utilize the JotForms field manager to copy the question to other forms once you make the change on the main question. However, that will still require going through every form you wish to contain that question (but it is a bit quicker).

I hope this helps you with your problem.
