What should we do if we need to receive 20-25 more payments?

I upgraded my account to the level that allows 100 PayPal transactions per month. If I need more transactions than that - but just 20-25 or even less, what do I do?

Unfortunately, we cannot adjust subscription plans. But, if you expect to receive more payments on certain periods of time, I can suggest upgrading higher only for that months or when you've reached the payments limit. You can keep Silver plan rest of time. Also, I would like to mention that our long-term subscriptions are discounted, so one month of yearly subscription is cheaper in comparison to monthly subscription. You can review discounted amounts on the billing page of your account when you click Upgrade: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/billing

While we realize such limits may seem to be unfair, we trust you will understand why we can't increase them. We simply refuse to compromise on the high quality of our products.
