Google requires that the Admin select an option that allows less secure apps to connect "(not recommended)" which is by default not selected.

How vulnerable does using SMTP with Jotform make the user's email to hacking and what does Jotform do to protect its users from such malicious attacks? Do Jotform staff or third parties have access to the stored emails and passwords?

It is safe to use SMTP senders with JotForm. Your email password will not be directly accessible to JotForm staff. Also, we do not share any details with third parties. You may check our Terms and Privacy Policy for more information.

Thanks, Mike for your reply. I have been using Jotform for over a year now and it has performed very well for me and my team. I successfully setup SMTP through G-Suite and it works perfectly! I'm very happy with Jotform!
