We wondered why we were not getting business from the form. It used to work. When I tried myself nothing came. I logged in and saw several unforwarded forms. We never thought to look at this until now. Why are the forms not being sent to us and how do I cure it? Ot appears the email address is still on file within the form.

Your emailed ended up to the bounce list due to the following reason:
Reason(s) : 5.4.7 - Delivery expired (message too old) 554-'imta27.emeryville.ca.mail.c= omcast.net comcast 184.108.40.206 Comcast Blocked for spam. Please see htt= p://postmaster.comcast.net/smtp-error-codes.php#BL000000'
It seems like your email service provider started to blocked message coming from us. I have now removed your email from the bounce list so hopefully it should start working again.
To avoid this from happening again, we'd suggest you to whitelist the following IP's to your email service provider side.
