We apologize for this inconvenience. This problem has been reported to our developers, and they are working to resolve this as soon as possible.

In the meantime, please use www.jotform.com on your form url and embed codes.

    For example:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//form.jotform.me/jsform/10990911297"></script>

    becomes:

    <script type="text/javascript" src="//www.jotform.com/jsform/10990911297"></script>

    Hope this helps.

We're having the same problem on one of our forms:

    found here:

    http://www.mafc.com/leader-advertising-submission-form.php

Can you clear our form's cache to see if this clears it up?

    Thanks!
