I just created a simple 'Join our newsletter' form and the submissions just don't seem to be coming through to my inbox in Outlook. I have checked the email address normally to make sure that emails are getting through and everything seems to be working fine. But when I make a submssion on the form, the jotform email just doesn't work. The email addresss that I have nominated is: firstname.lastname@example.org
If you could please have a look at this and let me know why this is happening it would be greatly appreciated...

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.
It looks like notifications whose Sender Email is set to email@example.com are not working.
I have already reported this problem to our developers. In the meantime, configure your notification to use Email as Sender Email.

By the way, according to my tests, notifications from firstname.lastname@example.org take a little longer but they surely are being delivered.
Can you please confirm if that's the case on your end?
