Downgrade plan and refund please

    Hi,


    I've downgraded my plan from Gold to Basic before the end of the month of April as the application for an event that I was having has ended. However the amount for next month - May, has already been charged to our credit card. We do not need the Gold plan anymore, is it possible to reverse the subscription fee?

    I can see that the Gold subscription was renewed two days ago.

    As per your request, the subscription has been canceled and the last payment has been refunded. Please allow up to 10 days for the refund to show in your account.

    Your account is now on the FREE plan.
