    Cannot register

    Cannot enter any information in the 'User Name' field. 

    Other fields are fine. Using Internet Explorer.

    Why cant I create an account?

    Hi,

    What version of IE are you using? I was not able to reproduce your issue;

    Please try clearing your page cache or use different browser.

    I dont mean to be difficult, but if I do not wish to use another browser, will I not be able to continue to use JotForm?

    I have a few accounts with JotForm and one Paid Account. Will JotForm no longer work with Internet Explorer?

    Ok... I used Chrome browser and it did work.

    However, I would like to know why this is not working on Internet Explorer?

    Hate to lose the ability to use JotForm on Explorer. It is what I am used to using, ya know...

    I am sorry, I just want you to try using different browser to see if the issue still persist so we can escalate this issue to our developers.

    Also, have you already tried flushing your IE caches and cookies?

    Okay. Upon further checking, I can reproduce the said issue both IE 7 and 8 using Windows XP. A ticket has been open pertaining to this issue. Please stay tune for the updates about this.
