    Hello,

Unfortunately, I am not sure if I understand your question in full. Do you mean that you are manually accepting Incomplete Payments for your form?

I have checked your form https://www.jotform.com/72434041196149 and can't find any successfull payment in it's submissions. Have you received those payments on your PayPal account?

Usualy, if you receive an incomplete payment, it means that your respondent has filled out a form and was redirected to the payment processor, but payment was not processed because the user has changed his/her mind and left that page.

Hope this helps. But, do get back to us if not.

    Thank you.
