Iframe embed Widget: HTML report "error, you're not authorized"

    I was happy to find a set of instructions on how to set up a silent auction form using Jotform. I set up the form for our association last week. It was meant to show the latest bid, and appeared to work fine on my computer.

    However, when we were at the event, nobody was able to see the bids on their phones - when we accessed it there, it said 'Error - you're not authorized', so we had to go with a paper system at the last minute.

    For future reference, how do we fix this, or is it something we can't really do with Jotform?

    With your HTML table listing report, did you use password protection ?

    To view reports in public, you need to disable password protection.

    No, password protection isn't selected.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I checked your account settings privacy and you need to disable these options:

    1. Require log-in to see submissions.

    2. Require log-in to view uploaded files.

    After that, please test it on a different device without accessing any JotForm account. If the issue still persists, please let us know so we can investigate it further.
