For some reason, I am still not getting notified when someone submits a form. Can you help me fix this?

Your form has two notifications going out to two different email addresses. Are you not receiving submissions on both emails?
Can you please try setting both notifications' Sender Email to firstname.lastname@example.org? Afterwards, submit your live form to test.
Let me know what your results are so we can take extra troubleshooting steps if needed.
