Form E-mails: Multiple copies of form going into junk

    Hi guys

    We are experiencing a slight issue with our jotform, some submissions are going straight into our junk box and being duplicated at the same time. This started happening this week only and with approximately 20% of our submissions of our Get a Quote form. We use Outlook.

    Can you help?

    You may mark the emails as not spam/junk so future emails are sent to your inbox, please kindly see if the senders are the same for those that end up in the junk and inbox folders.

    You may also add our sender in the safe sender list: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/add-recipients-of-my-email-messages-to-the-safe-senders-list-be1baea0-beab-4a30-b968-9004332336ce 

    If the problem persists, please let us know.

     Hi Kevin


    Thank you, I've marked them as not junk now and added noreply@jotform.com to our safe senders list.

    The duplicated emails are only in our junk, none were copied to our inbox.


    Hopefully all is resolved, thanks for your response :)

    It's still happening, no duplicates now but we still have some forms going into our junk box. Not sure what else to try. We've also had a couple of late entries! Forms that were submitted yesterday but only reached us today and gone straight to junk!


    We haven't made any changes to our systems at all this week so not sure why this has just started happening.

    Could you please check the advised method in your outlook account again?
