I have a registration form and payment option (managed by Plimus??) attached to my website. I realize now that the submissions for payment are going to a former and now defunct PayPal account under Kathy DiMartino. How can I make changes so that payments go to correct account? I will contact PayPal also.
I cannot recall my jotform username, password etc...
Former info : Kathy DiMartino firstname.lastname@example.org
current info : Kathy McClare email@example.com

Open your registration form on the form editor. Then, click on the PayPal integration field to select it. You will see a wizard icon on the right side. Click on that and you will see the email address of the PayPal account. Change that, continue to the next steps, complete wizard and save your form.
You do not need to update the form code on your site for this change. It should just start sending users to the new paypal account's payment page as soon as you save your form.
