I have a five page form as described in the multi-page forms tutorial. When you click Next to go to second page, it works, however you can scroll up and still see the first page's questions there. When you click Next again to go to the third page, it's the same thing, scroll up and see the first page. The second page is not there, however. It behaves the same way on all of the pages. So once you get to the 5th and final page, you can scroll up and still see Page 1 there, just not 2-4.
I find this a little confusing. It makes the form seem a little jumpy and counter-intuitive. I would rather only one page be displayed at a time with the option to look back only being available with the use of the "Back" button.
Is this the norm? Should I be doing something differently?

The pagebreak sections are conflicting with your form collapse sections. I'll investigate this issue further and will either get back to you with a solution, or forward a bug report ticket to our developers if a solution can't be found.
Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I have alerted our developers regarding the existence of this bug. For your information, the problem has to do with form collapses and page breaks on your form. Currently, those two tools can't be used on the same form together.
We will be sending you a notice if and when it becomes fixed. In the meantime, removing the form collapse sections and reworking your conditions should correct the problem on your form.
Just so you know, you can now hide/show multiple fields using the same condition. So instead of conditionally showing a form collapse section:
You can just conditionally show all the fields under that section:

Well, I'm glad to hear back about this. However nothing appears to have changed on my form as-is. It behaves the same way I described originally.

I have now cleared your form cache on our end and your form should be working fine now.
If the said issue still persist, kindly clear your browser cache and cookies.
