Hi.
I have a dine in restaurant website client who wants to list specific dishes on their website and allow people to select a time and date (reservation) on the website in order to have that specific (prepaid)meal at the restaurant as well as pay for it on the website, before coming to the restaurant. Would JotForm be an option for me?

Of course. I can suggest adding a payment integration to your form to process payments. You can choose "Sell products" as a Payment Type:
Afterwards, you will need to add dishes as products to sell them online. For reservation purposes, my recommendation would be to use a Date Reservation widget, if the number of reservations per 1 day is unlimited:
Or an Appointment Slots widget, if you need to limit daily reservations:
