    When you say "online convenience fee", is that a mandatory fee that should always be added to any orders from your form?

    How exactly do you plan to receive payments on your form? Are you going to use one of our built-in payment tools?

    Thank you for provided information.

    You may add a Shipping & Handling fee within your PayPal account.

    Calculate shipping and taxes

    If this is not an option for you, please add your handling fee as a separate product through the PayPal tool on the form. Then we will be able to make some custom work around for you.

    You would need to add a Shipping & Handling fee within your PayPal account. In order to accomplish that with our Paypal Integration

    Please go to this link Calculate shipping and taxes

    Like Mike has stated, " If this is not an option for you, please add your handling fee as a separate product through the PayPal tool on the form. Then we will be able to make some custom work around for you"

    @petrinarush

    It's pretty easy. The process is the same when you create products with your paypal form.

    While on the paypal product wizard, just click on "Add New Product" to add a separate product, this is what my colleague means.

    Now to make this shipping fee required, you have to prepopulate shipping checkbox using URL parameters. Example: http://form.jotform.me/form/21512262324441?myProducts1[][id]=1005

    Furthermore, a more advance workaround can be found here: http://www.jotform.com/answers/99179-How-can-I-require-1-of-the-products-listed-to-be-purchased#99437

    Feel free to let us know if you have further questions. Thanks!
