My clients for my mastering studio keep saying that the upload forms have not been working.
They have cleared their broswer cache, refreshed, and it still isn't working.
(It loads but that can't finish uplaoding their tracks)
This is a serious problem for us that is seriously hurting our business.Page URL:

Can you provide us more info on what is not working? Did you meant that customers could not upload audio files using your form and submit it?
I have checked the form, and found submissions/uploads that were done as of today.
Please update us.

Some people can upload fine and then some people are not able to submit. It just says "please wait" for hours. Tried clearing browser cache and everything. I also tried uploading and it wasn't working at all. Just "please wait" for hours. File size only 30 mb so what is the problem?

Sorry for any inconvinience cause. However I could not reproduce this issue.
So, we will have to do some further testing..
Can you please try uploading 'that 30MB wav' file you tried earlier to this form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/23128063963959 (It should be wav format and max of 50MB).
If successfully uploaded I can able to check it on my submissions.. then I will try to re-upload it using your form this time.
Please inform us if you have further inquiry.

I was able to upload back the 35MB wav file you uploaded to my form.
Please see the included screen progress when I did this.
I checked your form submissions and I found the uploaded file there under the 'test only' descriptionn.
It did take a while to upload it, -- that depends on the internet speed of the client(i.e. my internet), but there is a progress indicator that you can check on how the upload process is doing... perhaps the customer was not able to notice the upload progress and cut the uploading. This is the only reason I can see that can make the upload incomplete.
I hope this help. Please do inform us if you encounter the same issue with the details on how can replicate it.
Please delete in your form the 'test submission' I did to free up your upload space.

I didn't see a progress bar and neither did my client. It can't just show it above the submit button or something is there a way to customize it?

If you change the upload field to a multiple type, you can have such indicator...
You can set this in the form builder, in the property of the upload field.
Perhaps you can use this method. Just take note that this will now allow simultaneous upload of files.. so, if the customer uploaded simultaneous 100MB size file, it might exceed the limit.
