    Hi, one more question.

I saw this under the terms of use page and im wondering if this means that when people leave their contact detail with us on my forms, they will not be confidential and use by others out there?

When you make a Form, Submissions page or a Report "public", you grant Company a worldwide and fully sublicensable license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, and publicly display your Forms and Submissions (in whole or in part) in any format or medium now known or later developed.

If you read at the end of that statement it says "Company does not pre-screen forms or submissions and you agree that you are solely responsible for all of your Forms and User Submissions."

This means we do not claim ownership of data submitted to you neither we share such information with anybody.   However , if you explictly make public any data on any of our available report formats .  And you share its link into a webpage or email , then you allow (grant) company to display this information in any search engine.

I hope this clarifies your doubt
