Not able to receive emails from jotform

    I am wondering whether you are having trouble with your server since I am unable to receive emails from my form submissions. I received two emails from jotform this morning, but since then, they are not coming through. I have checked my spam folder and I tested my email by sending a message from another account to rule out the problem on my end.

    I made a test submission on the form posted and then checked our server logs the result status indicates that the notification was sent. This could be a problem with your email account setup
    check with your mail provider or administrator about this issue.
    You can provide them the mail logs below:

    I also cloned the form and replaced the address to a gmail account for testing purposes. There were two notification emails received upon testing the form.

    May I know if you're using an email client software such as mozilla thunderbird, MS Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.? There are cases when emails get downloaded from the webmail server and it does not include downloading emails that were sent to the spam folder inside your webmail.
