Are you experiencing bugs in the system?

    Bugs keep appearing on the form. I have tried to change the color of the text but cannot go across the spectrum. I have tried to enter a text area but seem not to be able to type any text. The entire UI is slow and unresponsive. I didn't expect this at all so I am wondering whether these are anticipated problems. Please advise.

    Hi Nick,

    There is currently no reported system downtime for JotForm within the 24hrs. So, I think this is something we cannot attribute to as the reason for the issue you encountered at the time.

    Can you confirm if you are still having the same problem up to this time?

    May I suggest also that you try refreshing your browser by clearing the cache -- and afterwards, login back to JotForm.

    Please provide us update when you can.
