Answer-piping between forms linked to an user

Is it possible to use filled in answers from one form to use in another form that will be asked later.

For example:

User1 filles in Form A, a day/week/month later User1 will fill in Form B.

But Form B needs the answers from User1 of Form A.

Is there some form of authentication to link the form to an user?

Unfortunately, we do not have the user authentication/membership options available.
