Unable to view my forms with the New Layout

    I'm unable to see my list of forms after I log in.  I am using firefox and have java enabled and I have refreshed my cache several times.

     

    I opened it in Google Chrome.  Isaw them all listed there.

    In Chrome, I clicked on "switch to old layout' which worked but then, when I was prompted with a short survey/reason for switching back to old layout, the "Send Feedback" button is not working.

    We're sorry for the inconvenience caused by this update on your part. However, after testing extensively, I was unable to reproduce the issue on my end, using a regular JotForm account.

    On Firefox, everything worked perfectly - all my forms are listed. The "Send Feedback" button works well under Chrome, too.

    I am more inclined to believe that this could be a connection issue on your part. Can you please try restarting your computer and see if it helps?

    If not, try accessing JotForm on a different network connection, if available.
