We have a lot of forms, which we've been grouping into folders. Today these folders appear to have disappeared.
Forms are still there, just no longer ordered.

We are on the process of rolling out the updated My Forms interface. This interface is brand new and is unlike the old one which is laden with bugs - one of which is the disappearing folders issue.
I am not sure if we can bring back the missing folders - that I will have to confirm with our developers.
If your account still isn't updated yet (i.e., still using old My Forms), I ask you to please patiently wait for it. We promise you that it is worth waiting for.

When will we know when we've had the update? What should we look out for?

The brand new interface looks entirely different. Our developers are implementing the update based on alphabetical order.
I am not quite sure which letter we are on now, but we started with A last Nov 7. Since your username is in the later part of the alphabet, it may take a while for your turn :)
In the meantime, you can easily access the forms you need by using the search function:
