Questions about JotForm

    Hi team JotForm,

    I'm looking for a form solution and case across you guys but I do have a number of questions:

    - Does every user require an account/license to be able to use your forms?

    - Do you support SSO(through OKTA) or SAML

    - Do you have any out of the box integration?

    - Can we Integrate using API or scripting? (ZAPIER can be used to act as middle ground)

    - Are forms dynamic or static? I.e can be changed or updated on the fly.

    - Can workflows run in parallel?

    - Do we have an unlimited amount of forms and/or submissions? - Can we pull back metrics on completed forms (for example, how many times a form was used per month, and by what email address)

    - Do your forms support approval workflows?

    - Can we check status on approvals?

    - Can approval status updates be automatically emailed to form users?

    We usual reply to one question per thread to avoid possible confusion. I will reply to some of your questions on this thread and I will move the other questions to separate threads. 

    - Does every user require an account/license to be able to use your forms?

    Jotform is an online Form Builder - https://www.jotform.com/faq 

    Only you as the form owner have to create an account. Your users do not need to have a JotForm account. They just have to fill and submit the form.

    - Do you support SSO(through OKTA) or SAML

    We do support single sign on but currently only for Enterprise users:

    For accounts other than Enterprise, we have the ability to share forms with other accounts as sub-users:

    - Do you have any out of the box integration?

    You can also embed a form to your website using a fullsource code and add your custom scripts there.

    You can edit and update your forms at any time inside of the Form Builder. 

    We also have some dynamic widget that will allow your users to add new rows of options to the dropdown field for example.

    I do not understand this question. Please provide us more details about what are you trying to achieve.

    Jotform Enterprise is released and it supports hosting your data on your private dedicated server, "Single SignOn" and "White-labelling". You can get further info on https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/
