The guy who set up most of our forms does not work at our company any longer
and we cannot access some of the forms/surveys setup.
The particular exhibitor survey is:
and the results are currently set to go to my email firstname.lastname@example.org and his old email - Jason@canwestproductions.com
I have tried to get a new password for the account - but it doesnt appear to be working.
I need to access the above - can someone please help?

Would you like to continue using his account? I can easily transfer the forms to your account, especially since I have confirmed that his and your account are being used under the same IP address.
Let me know how you would like to move forward.
