Subscription: downgrade to a lower package

    I want to downgrade to a lower package NOT a free one. Cancelling my subscription for which i paid $99 this morning and signing up for a new plan means i have to pay AGAIN for the new plan. How can I avoid having to pay twice in the same period?

    Unfortunately, if you have used PayPal as your payment method it cannot automatically pro-rate your account when you downgrade your subscription and upgrade again to a lower plan.

    You need to cancel your current subscription through PayPal and after you have successfully canceled the subscription you can upgrade to a new subscription.

    Do note that we can process a refund after you have successfully canceled your previous subscription.

    You can avoid this if you use Credit Card/Stripe to pay your subscription.
